And it begins.

41 hours 35 mins is too long to be in the travel system. Most people loath being stuck traveling for more than four or five hours. A 16 hour car ride can drive some insane. But me, no, it takes just a touch more. I departed the breath-taking foothills of the Colorado Rockys on the 11th. Stopped in Washington for a night and then started a trek that I hope to only repeat once more, the return home. From DC I flew five hours to San Fran, Hong Kong in 14 hours and then, after a three hour flight, got stuck in Singapore for six hours before departing for Diego Garcia, four hours away. It's too long of a flight. Don't take it. Ever.

Here I am in sunny DG with nothing but time on my hands. I have to work, but it's more like hanging out and playing with a video camera and Avid for half the day. Not really work. And there really isn't much to do save drink and workout. I guess I'll be dropping a few pounds here after I finish my next fourty ounce curl.
